God bless you!! As a survivor of DV I lost my daughter in Family Court because I reported the criminal history of abuse for both me and my daughter. Despite his documented criminal history against me and daughter Family Court did not care. This is an outrage for mothers who seek refuge for their families yet are punished for using their voice to protect themselves and their families. Thank you!!

This happened to me. I reported the abuse and my children were taken from me for 4 months during which time I was psychologically abused. The GAL went so far as to send me an email stating I was replaced as a mother by my ex husbands girlfriend. When my children came back to be my son developed IBS, has lost 10% of his body weight (children should grow) and could no longer attended school. In home trauma therapists administered the UCLA PTSD trauma screener. He reported separation from his mother as traumatic. The therapists noted this as the root cause analysis for some of his violent outbursts, and agorophobia. He also no longer could leave the house.

Children should not be taken away from their mothers. Children need their moms. Make sure you all let them know we are not coaches. Since when did we all become movie producers and our children actors? Demolish the Saunders rule now!

Thank God someone is finally doing something but I'm not in California I am in Oklahoma City and this is happening everyday here. So how do I find help in my city I've filled out and been turned down for legal aid and I don't know where else to go to find help my children were taken for me when I reported abuse and eventually returned to the home they were taken from to their abusive father since I had left the judge wouldn't even look at the pictures of my son I took after he returned from his father's on the weekend he had bruises all up and down both arms and the judge told me I was making it up I'm desperately needing some direction to take and some help here in Oklahoma City if you could or know any please call me back or email me at lainiesmom2014@gmail.com thank you and God bless

What we are all experiencing in court is called trauma-based mind control based in matricide. These courts are purposely traumatizing children so that they can be used by judges, lawyers, guardians, police, detention centers, social services, and of course, x-husbands, stepmothers, etc--for profit or pleasure. The courts perceive vulnerable children a cash cows from cradle to grave. If they can destroy a child, by separating them from the loving parent, the child, can they be used for sex trafficking and/or other nefarious deeds and profit. This is a template created in Nazi Germany which was imported to the West and is now being used in courts....My daughters and I will never recover from what happened to us in family court, in West Bath, Maine....I thought it was unique until I studied these court cases for thirty years now.

He is only 8 and has told me in front of a supervisor that he is tired of getting hit with belts and shoes and slapped accords the face. I tried to protect him and custody was taken from me and out of default given to my abusive ex. Thank god for the womens coalition. I hope this can be done in other states soon as I don’t live in California. ❤️
I have proof that this discrimination was directly caused by the lobbying efforts of a father’s rights front group based in the DC area. Contact me and I can send you the info.
I got my son back after nearly 4 years and lost everything ...now a court order forces him again to visitation and yesterday my son had a moment where he told me about abuse so horrific again. He goes to a counselor however, he is so afraid of his dad he won’t tell her what he tells me. Help !! I can go back to court to ask for his visits to be supervised because that is a scary dangerous road as we know how the family courts work. Need advice please?
Hi I am battling in New Jersey. I haven't seen my daughters since 2/2022 &4/2022. There abuse actually documents from my oldest daughter in her suicide notes. They are 11 & 15, my oldest has mental illness straight from the fathers family. I have PTSD and the judge told me to have a coffee w/ my abuser and work it out. That was in May2022. The judge was removed from my case & many others & was not overturned. Please someone help... I can be reached @ whenpigsfly14@gmail.com
OMG, this is amazing. I thought I was all alone! I've been fighting this now for over 17 years. All that continues to happen is abuse from both the court and my ex. I felt so helpless with my two girls! I was told by the court child attorney that "the better actor wins", as if this was some game! It was not at all in the best interest of my children". Thank you all for speaking out ! It is a pleasure to be here.

YES!! I plan on getting more names of people who have gone through the court my children and I are at.
I know for sure I am not the only one this is happening to in Mercer County, PA!
