Thank YOU for the work you are doing Women's Coalition. I hope this Mom is warned before she walks into this trap - best bet to stay in the UK. My heart is already breaking for that little girl and her mom.

International cases are tough- no one wants to deprive the father and daughter. However, it is what it is for now. A six year old child needs as little chaos in their life as possible - she needs to stay with Mom.

Has anyone contacted the British ambassador? If the approximate time of travel is known it should be possible to narrow down the list of likely individuals.

Yes, she’s walking into a dangerous trap. I hope there will be a group of watchers (lawyers guild, women’s rights org etc) to be present at court hearing date. If they can pinpoint and catch her before she falls in the trap the better, and if she can file in UK door protection before she leaves

I pray for this mom and her daughter. I am so much tauched by this story. 10 years ago I had to escape with my child from a little isle in the Pacific. It was so dangerous, but I had no choice, I tried to do everything to get my kid to live with me, it wasn't possible, just to run away. Happily our journey was successful and nobody could stop us.

Since that time stories like that touches me a lot, I feel sorry and always think what can I do for the mom as she or another one. I clearly understand what does it meen...... I hope she will be safe wth her child

something's missing here: All civilized countries have adopted the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act or the international version of it which provides that jurisdiction to decide child custody matters belongs where the child has been living normally for the past three months. Are you saying some judge was bribed to overlook that law? Or that no one told Mother ?

I hope this mother can escape the trap family court has set. They plan to steal her child. Family court judges will hunt her down and punish her if she runs. If this mother disappears, they will entice her with false promises to return. Disappearing with a child is difficult, but she will lose her child if she doesn't. Mothers caught will probably be jailed. Family court judges set a dangerous trap.
