I've gone through the same thing. I was punished and jailed for protecting my two children from sexual abuse. I was falsely charged for child abduction and I retained sole custody, even when they charged me! This was a kidnapping on the part of the dirty judge, dirty opposing attorney, and the dirty state's attorney. All for the gain of the abusive father. How do we know these people aren't running a sex ring? Why else would they protect it, other than they are taking bribes.

ENOUGH is ENOUGH! Women have a right and duty to protect their children from abuse and harm, same thing goes for judges, and they are by law required to protect children! Dismiss the case against the mother and STOP punishing mothers for protecting their children! STOP protecting the fathers, the perpetrators, and start jailing them! You unrighteousness judges will be removed and stripped of everything and righteous judges will be put in your place!

This is getting so old. They don't want to let go of any like these because they'd have to go back and fix all the others. Over 12 court actors were appointed to my case in 2006 and went until 2015, with NO ACCUSATIONS even made from either of us (me or the father) of abuse. (a third party family member came in and caused raucous), and father was hiding assets and planning to move (and marry someone else), and I got alot of anxiety (aftet 14-yr marriage developing a large national business, having to live in 5 different states (sacrificing my own career). THEY used anxiety against me for years, and jail when I tried to reach my children desparately. Using these tactics in criminal court against loving great mothers has reached an ultimate in human rights, and concern for the safety of the public. Enough is enough. Stop destroying mothers and their families.
I am attempting to sue due to NEVER EVEN having any abuse accusations thrown by anyone - and STILL getting this activity from court actors (hiding behind immunity). There was NO Reason to assign one and more to my case, and it created damages and losses (Financial and health damaged in 2016) so that is the reason I am using they went out of their jurisdiction to do it Not sure about this one. But these need to be brought to an END> Noone helps.; SO need to get on top of it!
When will the evil Family Court be abolished (which in essence is wrongly named, it is in effect Father´s Court. Lying allegations by the Fathers are told, and never checked out. In this day and age, in a democracy, none of these Father-based rulings, ignoring proof etc., should be tolerated, this is not the middle ages. Family Courts should be abolished, and Criminal Courts (open Courts) should be used instead.
