Family court judges abuse their power. They give child custody to males that request it. It doesn't matter if they're abusive. The best interests of the child don't matter. Systemic male entitlement dominates family court. Children are considered male property. Good mothers are falsely deemed unfit. Facts, laws and training sessions don't matter. Family court judges knowingly find good mothers to be bad and/or crazy. They seal records. These judges have the power to endanger women and children. Family court judges face no consequences. Mothers and children face horrendous consequences. Patriarchy fuels family court. Women and children have no protection. Family court will continue to endanger mothers and children as long as it has the power to do so. Women must continue to fight for a new system. Family court must end.

I disagree. Judges receive benefits that would make them a party to a conspiracy under federal law. "Profit" need not be monetary, but in many cases is in the form of a reelection campaign or reappointment fund contribution. The "proper appointments" are made and the judge rubber stamps them. Looking the other way on alleged sexual abuse is enough. And there are a plethora of cases trafficking children to their abusers by an "aware" Family Court who received tangible benefits.

Not an attorney but the legal definition of trafficking requires a commercial sex act, i.e. prostitution, and what judges (and others) are doing does not really fit that. Maybe in a really broad sense but doubt it could/would ever be prosecuted. Agree that it is a conspiracy and lots of people are profiting from it though.
I agree it wouldn't be prosecuted. However, the legal standard for conspiracy is a mere preponderance of the evidence (more likely than not). The Feds would stretch this definition for a Mob Boss or a Narco-Terrorist.
Consider a situation where there are credible, corroborated allegations of sexual abuse by mandated reporters, and the Court still awards custody to that parent, looking the other way. Assume there is a further incident where the sexual abuse becomes unequivocal and the child suffers provable harm. You have your commercial sex act AND Interstate transportation of minors for immoral purposes.
One of the reasons why the Judge ruled for the one parent was because he is wealthy, a lawyer, and hired top notch lawyers who are connected and give money to the judge's reappointment fund. The other, unsophisticated parent was broke and pro se by that point.
I have the facts of this actual case. The father has not yet been prosecuted and still has custody.

What people also do not realise is in a divorce, you lose your insurance policies you had together, you forget about your Pension funds, you lose your job. It is by design.
