Correction: The original article wrongly named the father as Thomas but it is Michael.

Appreciate you detailing the judges’ complicity in Thomas’ murder and the long-term abuse of these children. Family Court judges regularly empower abusers to harm children. Fire and prosecute these judges and other govt. officials complicit in these crimes, like CPS. End Family Court.

Question: Because it's a fact that an abusive parent/former intimate partner CAN, and DOES engage in several Post Separation Abuse behaviors, isn't it clearer to refer to "alienation" as Post Separation Abuse and call it out as such, rather than get into murky, confusing waters? Because that same abusive parent/former intimate partner routinely raises false claims of "alienation" as a playbook tool to deflect away from their abuse (of either parent or child) when called on it. It's a fact that a safe, healthy parent- no matter the divorce circumstances does not seek to rupture the parent-child relationship with the other parent if that parent is healthy> This is because they know it is NOT in child's best interest- and they parent their child with empathy and shield from hurt. It's also a fact that an abusive parent DOES these and other abusive tactics to hurt the other parent- so it should be called POST SEPARATION ABUSE, not the confusing, debunked theory "Parental Alienation"?- which has caused divisive, confusion due to it's origins and the current reunification cottage industry- preying on desperate ABUSED parents and, or abusers.
