Our case is Tennessee. The abuser ex doesn’t have full custody yet, but every time we are back in front of the family court judge, it gets worse. Abusive ex now has primary parent and sole decision making. We are now in the juvenile court because the kuds’ forensic interviews finally founded the abuse, but guess what!?!?! All the ex has to do is appeal and it goes right back in front of the family court judge who started all of this insanity. We will never stop fighting to protect these children…so look out Rutherford County Family Courts! You are going to be exposed for your wrongdoing. Believe it because this protective grandma has the backing of the Family Court Anticorruption Coalition (FCACC). Letters, emails, demonstrations, media and FOIA requests…whatever it takes! The abuse is going to be stop so get out of the way or be swept up in the hurricane…either way you will be exposed to the county, state, and nation. As my grandkids like to say, “Mimi doesn’t give second chances.”

There is no doubt they are committing psychiatric murder. In many ways, this is my daughter's story. As she becomes a woman, she will also be able to speak her truth. Bravo for being brave and shining your light. Namaste

It’s time for change! This is awesome news! No law should ever be able to separate a loving mother from her children!! This is a violation of a woman’s Human Rights! Thank God this organization has stepped forward to make a positive change!

Powerful article, eyes opener as I am getting ready to face such trauma with an abusive judge in a few days. Hopefully my children won’t have to go through this.
