This is absolutely an obscene respect to Justice. I had something similar whereas, my ex was charged with neglect and abuse of a toddler where he hurt her leg for having a tantrum, squeezing it until he bruised it. There was noted in a court appointed evaluator that underage kids were drinking, smoking weed, which is very potent now, and having sex in his basement among other things, the judge made an "executive decision" and would not allow the case to go forward, allowing my ex to continue to violate the custody order and allow the eldest child who he damaged the most, to have full physical custody of her. He denied me access or influence over her since she was fifteen. She is on my health insurance and I found out while she was still in high school through a health statement that she had surgery. He has abused her so much and destroyed her self esteem to the point where she is involved in trafficking. She is in a relationship with someone who abuses her and reportedly trades her. The other thing he did was took pictures of the girls' nude in the shower and and several of the youngest daughter's pubic area. Nothing and I mean nothing has been done in that Family Court to protect the kids. The Best Interest Attorney told someone in the court that her hands were tied in my case. By the way, the husband of the Best Interest Attorney was my ex'es Constitutional Law Professor. The Family Court I observed made a perversion of Justice.

This is so horrible.
I've been asking the courts and police to remove my son's father's (30) guns from his house. Despite all the abuse and warnings they never do. Last weekend he and my son had a physical altercation and I called my lawyer for a temp emergency order but instead was advised to get therapy. Tomorrow I'm telling him no thanks. I'm so over it.
Although I do believe judges & all other court actors need better training, it is CLEAR from mere common sense re this case & thousands of others starting over 3 decades ago (When Whitney North Seymour, Jr. instigated the establishment of the Coalition for Family Justice, which became national ~1989/NCFJ, noting it was impossible for women to get a fair divorce when abuse was alleged; his father was among those who edited the new ABA), that family courts & indeed much of the legal system is about Who CAN Win Versus What Is Fair, no matter the topic, but worst when hurts kids. Since the 1980s many 501c3s have been established re this as well as award-winning documentaries & books, conferences including in DC, high-level studies, ETC., BUT major media & multiple well-known organizations keep refusing to inform the public to create demand for reform! Isn't it outrageous that 3.16.22 Pres. Biden, with unanimous senate support, renewed the Violence Against Women Act & signed into it Kayden's Law re safety 1st of kids of divorce if abuse alleged, BUT media, etc. ignore it??. Mom also wasn't believed, judge gave dad custody/visits, dad shot Kayden, then committed suicide. Our Leadership Council on DV & Other Interpersonal Issues has estimated for years ~58,000 more kids /yr get ordered into such terror! 2005 I sent legal reform report to ~100, & eventually parts of it to another 150. Obama was only one of the 23 senators to respond, & agreed we needed FC reform, etc, but thought legislation was pending in many states. ETC!! I just sent donations to MANY assorted groups, all getting same 2 double-sided pages- 3pgs- "Sample Key Items re Family Court Reform, Including Related Issues, Starting 1980s," 4th side my 4.11.22 article (google it)- "Isn't Root Cause of Everything How Kids Turn Out?" Ladies, I'm really teetering on the cost of a quality life. All's I see every time I login to social media groups is dark evil principalities in abusive power, murder, corrupt courts, physically & sexually abused & ravaged babies, and overall "WOMEN" being eradicated!
Over 10 yrs post IPV escalated to molestation. In the first 7 years I had the wherewithal to afford an Atty & still ended up owing over $7K when I really had no other options but to retire early because my kids were SUFFERING!!
I had the custodial parent position!
The ex is a 2x penitentiary stayed violent felon, mental health eval cautions his preoccupation with me. He has a long documented chem "dependency" hx.
The community programs & the school districts involvement for IEPs was at my advocacy 💯. Where are they today as they witnessed the exertion of control, stalking, bullying, confrontations; they're MIA!
THE COMMUNITY HAS ABANDONED US! Nobody moves. Nobody will give the time of day to do what it is they profess & advertise to do!
Over 580 days NOW & I too have felonious criminal charges pending for hugging my lil girl at the 192nd day of zero contact when we inadvertently saw each other.
My home was invaded by the abuser & his BFF & I'm supposed to be living in a mandatory arrest State but yet 1.5 yrs later STILL no arrest has been made!
My lil girl was 8 when "legally kidnapped"- she's now 10.
Each day brings more brokenness not strength! No agencies, organizations, advocacies, connections or coalitions are available to advocate for me/us.
I've never signed not one paper. The ExParte & legal abuse is INCOMPREHENSIBLE & I get it, it is for everyone else too. Damn it, just a few hours of time to help save 3 others lives-- I always pay it forward cause that's just me..

I have also suffered from incompetent Judges in NJ. I have thought long and hard about the incompetence of these Judges. It’s also the female judges, because here in New Jersey they are under the thumb of the AOC who happens to be a male. The administrator of the court dictates how things play out and the rules in the court system here in New Jersey. For instance, there hasn’t been an arrest in the county I reside in for over a year for deadbeat dad who don’t pay child support because our AOC thinks that it’s OK if the dad pays $10 in a year…..he’s “attempting”to pay. We are never going to change the minds of most of these judges, because they’re set in their ways. I feel the only way to begin a revolution of changes with the Judicial appointees is to start in law school. It should be mandatory that any lawyer, who ultimately can become a judge, take a set amount of credits in psychology that deals with family and DSM 5. It’s a parent these judges have no understanding of abuse!
Judge Esser right now is handling my dr case. Trying as hard as he can to reunite my 6 year old with the family members who sexually abused her and tried to cover it up. It WAS founded abuse. He is not a human. He is a demon.
All of the abuse and perversion hurting those we love more than anything causing lifelong damage and feeling helpless as we watch, this is enough to make anyone go crazy, so then what they try and tell us we are ? And we need therapy? Like that’s the issue? The issue is that the people saying this are okay with this sickness and not willing to do the right thing or face the reality that we are only concerned and caring mothers trying to protect our children, but I’m supposed to stay calm and demure and soft spoken as I sit by and watch and what act understanding of this bullshit like I’m okay with it?!! That would be crazy, if I was okay with any of this as a mother then THEN I should need my head checked!!! Wtf, these idiots!!!!😡
I can’t believe what’s going on, I just can’t. I see this where someone had such an obvious threat to their life begging and the judge did nothing… then for me in Washington state, I’ve never done anything, never made a threat never even driven by the house where my son now lives and with no reason whatsoever a judge issued multiple restraining orders for my ex, for me to have no contact with my 7 year old until he is 18, restraining orders against me issued for the girlfriend and her two kids who I’ve never even met and never even tried to meet… all making me look like a psycho and keeping me away from my child based on lies with no evidence but the judge just sides with the father, I have hair follicle tests showing I don’t drink or do any drugs but the judge won’t even order a monitored pee test for my ex who does heroin, my ex has threatened me plenty and in writing but none of it matters. What on earth is going on and why can’t anything be done to stop this insanity?!? I feel like I’m living in a nightmare and that’s apparently the in-justice system and family court in our corrupt and broken country, it makes me sick!!!
I had evidence of my emotional abuse (caused by my husband, and he got my kids to also to me ) and rape, my kids emotional abuse, my sons diabetes not being cared for right, kids grades going bad, his violent rages of anger, etc.. but the judge only saw my past behaviors ( by that time have stopped and were minor compared to my husbands), didn’t want to. Listen or see evidence from me, didn’t even ask for any current information about me , only listened to my husband and the gal ( the same gal that was supposed to investigate my husband’s mental health and didn’t talk to his therapist or doctor, just me, my ex and our kids, who also only used past negative things about me that were missing information, behaviors that had stopped , made dad look like a victim, said I was emotional abusing my kids, she made somethings worse than they were, etc.. in the report, she also did casework last minute), for some reason the judge targeted me and from that moment took things out on me, even told me , good parents control their behaviors and don’t end up in his court room. I am the one who filed custody of my kids.
We have done training of police and judges for over 40 years. It didn't change a thing. Training is NOT the problem. Patriarchy is and the judges desire to maintain male control over women and children. Remove the judge in what ever way the state allows. At least it will teach the other judges that there are consequences for deliberately putting women and children in danger. A DOJ funded study showed that even when judges admitted they knew the man was violent, they still gave custody to him.
