CORRECTION: The link to the jail where Rabia is at was wrong and was updated. Also they lived in Aurora but were caught in Highlands Ranch.

This is the right link: https://dcsheriff.net/inmates/

Women are often punished for trying to protect their children. Men are often rewarded for harming their children. Family court, family court judges, police and the media are not helping this child. Women have no enforceable rights in family court. A jury would give women and children a chance at justice. Women must continue to unite and fight to protect their children.

And Colorado does it again. The corruption in the family court system in Colorado is so deeply ingrained that protective mothers and children/victims don’t stand a chance. Women and children are chattel and male property rights are more important than human rights.

I don't do family law, but I am familiar with it to some extent and I am so tired of the injustices, I want to take on the system. I won't take the lead on any cases until I feel qualifed to do so though, but I do great briefs and plan to learn what I don't know about the intricacies.

Here is a recommendation for everyone. In CA, everyone needs to file CJP complaints against bad judges. There are similar organizations in other states. The CJP doesn't care, but if they have to sift through too much paper work, maybe that will change. We need to remove bad judges from the bench and also to report bad attorneys. I've found two more terrible family law attorneys (literally breaking the law) in the last year, but if one person reports all the attorneys malpracticing, they'll focus on the person reporting ---rather than the malpracticing attorneys. So, it will help if we all start filing complains. Two of my attorneys during my divorce were disbarred. It happens. The bar is finicky, though, often disbarring attorney who stand up for their clients against improper courtroom proceedings--instead of those who screw over their female clients. It's mostly a rigged system--unless we all speak out and take action.

Also Cindy's lawsuit is a good idea and I hope it is filed in every state.

Colorado - no bueno. I'm presently completing a documentary film and manual entitled "It's OK to Hit Your Wife In Arapahoe County". I hope Rabia has an attorney able to deal competently with this.

Me too. I just got out of jail yesterday. Mike Volpe is the father of my son while he writes about stories contradicting everything he writes it’s absolutely sickening

Stay strong Rabia. These abused children will not forget what happened to them and will seek their own justice when they are adults .

I just got out of jail today from a something very similar. Mike Volpe is the father of my son and he is fucking evil trying to make up charges in other states against me that aren’t sticking but it’s never ending. I don’t have access to my regular account so I had to start this account.
