I think when Heather's ex says, "Messing with medical and health issues" he's implying Munchausen syndrome by proxy. It's his way of falsely saying she's crazy and endangering their child. The family court judge then grants him custody. I believe men are joining forces to exchange ideas. It's not just family court judges granting ex-husbands child custody, but they are giving ex-boyfriends, stepfathers and rapists innocent children.
Main stream media is reporting irresponsibly. Police are going along with the judge. They are part of the problem. These reporters and the police don't have the facts. They don't seem to care. These people become part of the abusive father's cult-like following. They are complicit in the abuse and should face consequences. Mothers should not be punished for trying to protect their children. Heather and Anna do not belong in jail.
Many mothers become zombie-like. They become part of the walking dead when they have been separated from their children. When you know your child is in danger and you cannot protect them, it's torture. Many of these children are not eating or sleeping well. They are traumatized and neglected. Abusive fathers swoop in and take advantage of their emotional rawness. Many mothers that are not crazy or suicidal become despondent and then suicidal after losing their children. Abusive men want to control. What better to control than a vulnerable child. These abusive fathers weaponize.their children. They use their children to control and punish their ex's. Family court judges enable abusive fathers. Family court judges continually violate the rights of women and children. Family court judges abuse their power and must lose it.

Me 2. Ex was not part of our daughters life at all moved away had another child. Didn't have much contact with child at all his choice child was raised around his family. Who stayed in the area father filled for visitation age 7 she went 1 weekend a month for over a year then refused to go. Courts order therapy for child therapist fills a cps report on father for reason child. Doesn't want to go. Courts order reunification therapy but due to mother and father not agreeing to. One courts appoint one mother can't afford. Why reunification after therapist filled cps. Report based, on what child said don't understand that.. What I do understand is fathers girlfriend. Now wife brother is a cop.. Mother lost custody after being primary for first 10 years keep from any contact with child for 3 months courts saying I was alienating even though I had provided proof the father had recently invited child to his wedding and then sent a text that he wasn't going to come get her just a month before she was removed from her home and school and community she had lived her whole. Life moved 3 hours away with father she had refused to see for 2 years. Mother than had to pay for supervised visits after a 3 month no contact order when I had no. Crimes other than judge saying I was alienating father. I want justice I want the family court to pay for violating my civil rights and my child civil. Rights as well..

That is sad. Every time I see a yellow alert I wish the best for the protective parent and child. Mothers are becoming third class citizens and the courts don't care at all about the children.
