A mom’s TikTok videos showing her children’s distress at drop offs with their father have gone viral.

The above video has gotten over 3 million views and this video has gotten over 4 million. Nina’s videos show the public how excruciating the drop offs are for Nina and how terrified the kids are of their father.
Although Nina’s ex has been charged with domestic violence and child abuse, the judge ordered 50/50 shared parenting. He refused Nina’s request for a safe exchange place and granted the father’s request forcing her to give the kids directly to him—which seems like it would violate her Restraining Order against him.

Nina says her son has continually disclosed physical abuse by the father and said that is why he does not want to visit him. But Nina has been warned, like most mothers, that if she does not continue to force her children to go on visits with the father, no matter how much they fight it or how much abuse they disclose, she will be blamed and her ex will get sole custody.
SILENCED & THREATENED
Another problem for mothers ensnared in the Custody Crisis is that they are being coerced into silence about the abuse with threats they will lose custody if they keep reporting it. Nina made a video talking about that too: Threats and Silencing.
This judge stated that if he thought I was lying, he would take my children away from me. I was told to stop reporting abuse.
So I have a big problem. I have two babies and one of them is telling me he’s being harmed.
The public is responding with amazement that Nina is forced to do that to her children. Some are saying she shouldn’t, that she should just refuse. Nina explains that if she doesn’t force her children to visit their abuser, she’ll lose custody to him.
They could say that I’m putting it in his head, that it’s parental alienation, that it could backfire on me…
I can’t imagine the prospect of living in fear because of what a Family Court judge could do to me and my children...

What would you all do if you were in my position? For the past 6 months I have been forcing my children to obey a court order…
I have a 3 year-old child who can no longer endure the pain and suffering and abuse he suffers in this home. Noone is willing to listen to him…
His voice, his rights, his freedoms are nonexistent here in Canada…Tell me what would you do? I’m willing to sit in jail, but that would mean my child would be with his abuser 100%...
It seems Nina is going down the “Rights & Laws” Rabbit Hole. She believes the problem is that her children don’t have rights, but they actually do. And laws everywhere state that judges are supposed to rule in the children’s best interests, not give them to abusers.
No, rights and laws aren’t the problem. The real problem is that the Family Court system is designed so that judges can ignore rights and laws—and abuse by fathers—and falsely place the blame on mothers, deeming them liars, alienators, or mentally ill (or whatever). No, more rights and laws aren’t needed. A new system is needed.
