So many similarities to my situation except it was my ex molesting them- gal happily testified she looked at 'none' of the evidence I gave her but only what 'father' gave her & she refused to speak to the children. Judge & her minions (GAL, PAS expert (who helped terrorize children weekly telling them they had no rights & it was his job to protect their father from them & me), & known corrupt doc for phony psych eval that didnt match one done by US Marshalls) made it very clear they would punish my children & me (& also force mote difficulties upon us) if they dared report anymore abuse. I fought with all I had for many years- the Judge & all of her minions lied against my children & me to protect a child molester - he began supplying alcohol & drugs in their teens but Judge said I had no evidence- I brought the evidence but she consistently refused to even look at it - Judge's #1 priority is to protect abusers - damage as many children as they can
This is so sickening to me I can hardly bear it. Been in the same position for 14 years now. Despite constant chest pain and trembling hands, knowing my health is very bad now, I'm going back in to demand justice. Taking this course. Will keep you all posted:
It is sad that the system protects molesters, not our children who are being taught in school to report sexual abuse. Children report abuse and become ostracized and punished for reporting it by placing them with the abuser.
Well after trying to contact The Parliament Enquiries telephone number to day in the UK I was given a contact telephone number and contact for Mins Davies who cannot be contacted on this number 0207 035 4848 .
I am outraged that there it is seems to cover up heinous atrocious cruel acts of criminal 'child abuse' affecting 'half a million children kidnapped from the UK mainland ' in what has now been entitled the "Lost children of Thorpe" now in northern Ireland .with details this child abuse according to the NSPCC document I sent the PHSO and tried to serve as affidavit on the courts involving their child abuse . They would not apply court seal.
The PHSO are aware from the Letter from Anita Denison she has received no instruction from you or the PHSO to remove my daughter or the half a million other children on associated scheme of neglect emotional and mental harm as described by the NSPCC. I contacted William Moore on the Wednesday, Oct 12,2022 at 12:42 AM and am still without reply. Why then would the PHSO in Manchester not a proper investigations unit not provided satisfactory investigation of the epitome of the case and met it currently with the statement “We don’t have the power to look at them“?
What does everyone think of this this is how the UK treats children in its care?
Well the WC would not want the situation which has happened since 2001 in England in the USA . We are in a far worse situation here where evidence has no scrutiny and only efficacy in UK family courts and resulting in a desperate situation for our children which the Ombudsman currently seems complicit in . I have written to William Moore about this foul stench of ‘child abuse’ which is lingering around the UK Courts which currently wont seal court documents in attempt to hide this matter and the lack of redress by a unhelpful situation to block an investigation created by Kate Edwards an investigator if you can call her that!
This is the exact situation my children and I are experiencing. My youngest 2 children were torn from our loving, fit family and I was allowed to keep 3 children, even though I was a loving mother to all of my kids.
Devon, I feel for you. I hope that, in time, your son returns to your safe arms and is able to process what has happened to you both. I still don't understand what the judges and their underlings gain from abusing women and children. They get child support payments either way. If I had to do it again, I would have stayed married until my youngest turned 18, then divorced him.
