Sisters in Solidarity: Activism Arm of The Women's Coalition
Demanding Custody Cases Be Heard in Real Courts with a Jury
Sisters in Solidarity [SIS] is the new activism arm of The Women’s Coalition. It is for women dedicated to ending the Custody Crisis.
First, let’s go over what exactly the Custody Crisis is and then we’ll discuss how SIS is working to end it. [A more in depth discussion is here: The Custody Crisis: Why It’s Happening & How We Can End It.]
The Custody Crisis is the epidemic of judges switching custody of children from good, loving mothers to controlling, abusive and self-serving fathers. That is what we are fighting. There is no epidemic of judges switching custody from good, loving fathers to controlling, abusive and self-serving mothers.
Family Court is the main staging grounds for the Old Boy Network [OBN] agenda of continuing male power and entitlement in the family, i.e. persisting patriarchy. Although, CPS, law enforcement, district attorneys and criminal courts also uphold this male prerogative and often aid and abet Family Court judges.
Judges are able to switch custody to fathers because Family Court is designed so they can disregard facts, evidence, research, law, and rights. And judges can make false findings that mothers are lying, alienating or mentally ill. In other words, judges can deceive, distort and outright lie and there is no way to stop them in a Family Court.
So, the only effective solution to the Crisis is to get cases out of family courts and into a regular court with all the due process protections other cases get, including the right to a jury. This is the only way for mothers to get a fair trial and to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
In order to gain the power necessary to demand legislators implement this new system, female alliances are necessary. Women need to unite as a class and demand action.

Sisters in Solidarity is needed. Merging the Custody Crisis, the Financial Crisis and the Domestic Abuse Crisis into the Post-Separation Crisis is a wonderful idea. They are all intertwined. They are designed by abusive men to make women helpless and hopeless. Abusive men are determined to destroy women. Often, women are alone in their pain. Family members sometimes exploit rifts and become complicit with the abuser. Friends begin to drop off when they can't endure the long haul nature of this situation. The stress takes a toll. Women get emotionally drained and physically ill. Suicide too often becomes a desired escape. Understanding is found with women who have experienced this nightmare. We can share survival skills. We can gather strength by unifying further. We can use our pain and suffering to rise from the ashes. We will empower each other and strengthen ourselves. Together, we will make strides to protect women and children. Together, we will demand the rights we've been denied. We will fight the systemic sexism we face and end family court. Sisters in Solidarity will establish a new and just system.
In re " ... ... These gender power imbalances likely favored one or the other, more or less, over the ages until about ten thousand years ago, when patriarchy took hold. Men were then able to take total, lasting control.
The key to men’s long-lasting domination is not just that men were able to form powerful alliances. It was that they were able to prevent women from forming effective counter-alliances. Now women must once again create alliances to take back the power to counteract male dominance and control. " THEN You, Woman, have, .A N G E R I N G L Y. ... ... N O T been PAYING ATTENTION.
