Family court judges do not rule in a child's best interests. They often give custody to males that request it. It doesn't matter if they're abusive. Mothers are a child's primary attachment figure. They should be granted primary custody because that is in a child's best interests. Patriarchy dominates family court. Children are considered male property. They are not furniture. Children have feelings and needs. Loving mothers nurture. The mother-child bond is sacred. Family court judges falsely find good mothers to be unfit. Women have no enforceable rights in family court. They can't protect their children. New laws and training programs won't help. Facts and evidence don't make a difference. Children are frequently separated from their loving mothers. Family court judges have the power to rule how they choose. Their opinion is what matters. They often abuse their power and face no consequences. Women and their children suffer. Family court judges endanger them. Women must continue to unite and fight for a new system. A jury would give women and children a chance at justice. Family court must end. A child's best interests are to be primarily with their loving mother.
This week I was at the CLA legislative day. I learned that a female father's rights advocate had been placed in charge of the CLA legislative committee, which will have input into bills and so forth. The second in charge of the commiittee also seemed hostile to women's rights. The new chairman of the CLA is equating women's rights with trans rights. The California Lawyers Association represents the sections of the bar, including family law. The family law attorneys in the room were not interested in mother's rights or the rights of DV victims.
My expeirence is the number one problem women have is family law attorneys, 99% of which should be disbarrred for charging exorbitant fees, dumping clients absent more money before hearings, and collusion. Men are paying fifteen hundred up front when they pay, compared to five thousand to fifteen thousand for women's retainer fees. And the attorneys don't push for attorneys fees, leaving their clients in so much debt they can't eat or pay for a place to live or get medical treatment. They really do not care about anything but money and that needs to change. The family law judges are also awful. now, mostly former public defenders who previously represented wife-killers and rapists. We need to do something about that.
I did find an attorney, there, whose practice involves class action lawsuits and I briefly mentioned that there were women who were looking to file a class action lawsuit in California. She seemed like one of the more honorable people there..
Is that true? Are the attorneys actually charging women/mothers more than men/fathers? If that's true that's absolutely preposterous.
Another evil practice is taking hefty retainers and legal fees from mothers—many of whom are cash strapped and have to borrow the money, as I did in my own case—only to turn around and stab them in the back in court (which also happened in my case). I eventually decided to stop paying them. If our children cannot benefit, neither should theirs. As self-proclaimed champions—and trained salesmen—of the doctrine of ‘fairness,’ they should understand the real-life application of that principle very well indeed.
It's really mind-boggling to consider how these immoral lawyers sleep at night knowing that they are scamming mothers who are desperately trying to make ends meet and feed their children esp. those who are doing so without any child support thanks to Family Court that doesn't believe in holding deadbeat fathers responsible or accountable. How do these lawyers and judges expect blessing from the Universe for their own families and children while persistently abusing, traumatizing and depriving other parents' children of the same blessings. Sorry. Newsflash: Doesn't work that way in the Universe.
My conclusion about these attorneys and judges now is that they have sold their Souls to the Devil. They do not believe in answering to the Creator of this Universe never mind what they say with their lying, filthy mouths. And if they won't respect God and His Wisdom then they don't deserve any respect themselves. Their job on Earth is to uphold justice and protect the most vulnerable in society. If they can't do their jobs they need to step down from their positions before they are eventually forced out. We absolutely don't owe them our trust or deference much less our hard-earned money. They just need to go find another job to do .... and they'd better hurry up before their whole Circus is forced to pack up and leave town ;) 🎪 🤡
It is true. They do charge men very little up front, compared to women. We need to do something about this. The class actions need to include the bar associations,, which are supposed to regulate attorneys and discipline this kind of behavior. We also need to put them on notice of the wrongful policies of the attorneys,, which violate the 14th as sell as the ADA (where there has been domestic violence). We should get a petition with a long list of inequities so that when we sue them, we can pull this out and say the bar itself was on notice.
That is the problem with family law attorneys. Attorneys from all other areas of law look down on family law attorneys because they are weak and they do sell out---in spite of the fact that is a violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility. The bar goes after attorneys for offending the bar, not for breaking the rules and causing harm to their clients. I'm still looking to find one--just one good honest and strong family law attorney who will stand up for women---rather than just being in it for the money. I hope the class action attorney attorney I spoke with will turn out to be reputable..
Great article that brings a desperately needed awareness to a Truth that is purposely SUPPRESSED, both in Western society and especially in Family Court, that mothers and fathers are, in fact, NOT equal, and their value and contributions cannot be measured using the same yardstick and standards.
The article correctly points out that the fact that men and women are equal as humans and citizens is not what is at the heart of the issue here esp. in Family Court. From the basic human rights perspective both are indeed equal. They are also equal from the spiritual perspective in terms of their Free Will and spiritual value. Where they cannot be considered equal, however, is where God Himself, in his Wisdom, created them differently — and for specific reasons. To argue otherwise is to suggest that God did not know what He was doing.
What is NOT being acknowledged in Family Court is how mothers and fathers are different in relation to the nurturing of children and their roles as parents. This is a fact that is not only ignored but actively downplayed and bypassed by the Family Court, and what it amounts to is a callous and utter disregard, and in certain cases, a complete obliteration of Motherhood as a unique parental experience worthy of its own appraisal — as a result the sacrifice and contributions mothers make are dismissed as not being unique or any different from that of fathers.
What's extremely disturbing about this (growing) trend and pervasive mindset in Family Court is that it rejects the Wisdom of Creation itself, the Wisdom behind why men and women were created differently, and the special ways they were designed to complement each other — especially in the upbringing and nurturing of children. It reduces that purposeful, inherent difference to a random, thoughtless, coincidence as if God did not know what He was doing when He created men and women differently.
Family Court judges instead choose to play God, appointing themselves as evaluators who then assign arbitrary values to parental roles — values that are not only completely divorced from their true significance to children, child psychology and childcare but are also uninformed by good, unbiased, agenda-free research and Divine Wisdom.
Here’s a simple yet irrefutable truth: Mothers risk their own bodies and lives simply to bring a child into the world. Fathers can never hope to come close to understanding — let alone sharing — this experience. It is not, and can never be, a shared reality. This fact alone is enough to dismantle the false notion that fathers and mothers are equal. They are not — never will be - and more importantly - were never meant to be — by both Divine Intent and Design.
The sad reality is that good, loving, and responsible fathers have no trouble recognizing and respecting God's Wisdom and Authority. It is invariably the irresponsible, self-serving, power-obsessed, accountability-averse, abusive fathers who do — seeking out false gods in the form of Family Court judges. These judges, in turn, abuse their power and authority to appease their wealth-squandering male devotees while acting in complete and utter defiance of the true God and His Divine Wisdom, Guidance, and Decree.

I see a LOT of parents wanting to do this. The problem is finding a lawyer who is not afraid, who can handle bullies and is not a sell out.

Another approach parents can take (besides filing class action lawsuits) is to reach out Senators in their States as a group and ask them to hold INVESTIGATIVE hearings. Parents in Arizona are already doing this - Read more here --> https://thefamilycourtcircus.com/2025/04/18/outrage-in-the-desert-arizona-lawmakers-expose-judicial-abuse-in-family-courts-vow-reform-after-emotional-testimony/
And here is the guide for the hearings:

We need these class action lawsuits all over the country and in every State as well at at Federal level.
