The Gender Neutral Rabbit Hole is the fifth in our series. It is one of the many rabbit holes women go down when exploring how they could possibly have lost custody, been unable to protect their children, and/or been financially devastated via Family Court.
Unless I missed it, no mention of the Equal Rights Amendment, which colors the crisis in a profound way from the beginning. The system is far from blind to gender, regardless of the jargon that is recorded. There is no gender neutrality in the actual context of proceedings that affect children & women. I'd like to get my story out and I think it's important because I'm dealing with family court 40 years later as a 66-year-old grandmother who they are still targeting and gang stalking into every Arena of my life including Healthcare my banking insurance DMV and they have gotten to every family and friend or Foe that I have ever known since I was a child using numerous flying monkeys connected to government employment at the high level all the way up to do the Judiciary and the Attorney General's office and indeed the FBI because once you are a Target it is to the death. Eagle racketeering judges who hate women and love to bully do not like women who stand up for themselves and their children as We Know. The Psychopaths get off on toying with us which is nothing short of domestic terrorism in my case. There is a Playbook and it is used by collaborators Health and Human Services and the Catholic Church and those who penned Fatherhood Initiative and let's not forget there is a fatherhood.gov but no motherhood.gov
I live in Indianapolis Indiana and my now ex dragged me into his grip as he was facing a Federal Theft and DUI. These I didn’t compute as his never ending charm had me spell bound. 20 years later, fleeced of my savings, assets and credit score my son and community have been programmed to hate me. The writings here expose the ancient use of female abuse. It all makes sense.
The awkward stumbling toward others has me feeling afraid of rejection just like being rejected by my own children.
Maybe there should be curricula in Schools to prevent this at its core.
Moreover, how can I have conversations with legislators to make them aware and hope they care?
