I know some fathers, who have been badly affected by these Courts, lied about in Court and stripped of the most important Human Right to be involved in their kids life. To be a family. They are struggling the same as some mothers to come to terms with losing contact with their children. Also a lot of disabled and elderly suffered at the hands of the cruel system. The complete Family Courts system in UK has been corrupted to suit the Social Services, who fail time after time to protect the vulnerable where families are "difficult", in favour of easy targets. They then can split loving caring families in a system that is supposed to be independent and transparent, but it is neither of those things. It generates thousands of broken lives of innocent kids and innocent parents, who on top of the horror of losing their child must fight unlawful courts and unlawful court orders for what should be their right without any doubts. Below is an email that I received from one of the Legal Firms after I approached them with enquiries.

The family courts are torture chambers and their crimes against humanity spread far and wide and happen all over the world. We do need to stop this barbarism and complete farce that is the judiciary system. There doesn't seem to be any accountability for those who make terrible decisions and who ignore the facts about these cases and corruption is rife. Barristers are part of the problem, they prefer to brown nose the judges instead of fighting for their clients and everyone from the top to the bottom of the echelon whom are involved in these cases seem to lack the integrity that is required to sit in these positions. I am shocked and bewildered every day about the cases that I hear and the injustices that take place."

My ex-husband and abuser of my kids. the exact same thing happened to me. I was 85% custodial parent & protective mother. In addition to other forms of abuse he alienated my kids from me thru the power of the court & false allegations. It has been 692 days, he has a criminal background and history of child abuse and domestic violence. It is imperative that you understand that going after people who claim parental alienation, especially mothers is hurting them. the very same abusers also alienate and manipulate children if given the opportunity, my kids are in crisis under his care he has completely financially destroyed me. Took my home and then turned around and sued me for child support after abducting my children Penal Code 278.5 out of state, he has a very powerful and influential attorney. my daughter was abused the day after arriving to visit him out of state. Using DARVO he then made false accusations me. I was denied due process. I very effectively refuted all of his false claims in family court but the judge didn’t even look at it. I have spent everything I own every penny to my name and then some fighting for my kids. I am over $100,000 in debt and I’m going to be homeless. Parental alienation is indeed very real and it’s hurting mothers, but worst of all hurting children the most. I do not want reunification camp for my children and I was not even allowed to even say in court that my kids have been alienated against me among other things. While there are many that may use a Parental Alienation as a defense (It is very difficult to prove and extremely expensive), parental alienation by these abusive parent like my ex husband also exist, and they are not mutually exclusive. Again, parental alienation is only one aspect of his abuse, but this has completely destroyed my children, and they are in crisis, and I am powerless to do anything to stop it. The judge in my case is the same judge in Terra’s case. Our circumstances are very similar. Her kids were also alienated against her. There are no words to describe the pain, agony, despair and longing for my children that I feel every minute of every day. It will be two years next month, and I will never be able to get that time back with my children my daughter is 18 now and my son is 15. I have no means whatsoever to fight this. He has completely destroyed every aspect of my being and that of my children.
