hello, Im being prosecuted by the District Attorney's office for fighting for the return of my son's custody. He was court-napped by judge Harry Powazek and attorneys linda Alexander and Emily Bray, when they coluded to set me up to be betrayed by counsel, muted, and accused of being a drug addict. I had a prescription for medical marijuana to combat anxiety after being physically abused for 13 yrs of my life. Father was not the abuser, but has exploited the situation to steal our son from me and to subject me to post-separation abuse.
In order to make it as difficult for me as she could to keep in the fight, attorney Alexander obtained a bogus restraining order against me. Now Im on trial for 9 alleged violations of the restraining order, for serving the "protected party" pleadings. I tried to report and have attorney Alexander prosecuted for forgery, suborning perjury and witness tampering, but was told this was a matter for our family division judge. when I turned to him for help, he fined me $5K for "making disparaging comments about opposing counsel" and for filing a motion for a new trial a year prior to this. He told me if I came back with a similar request for order from him again, he would label me vexatious litigant.
I have not seen my son in two years, and prior to that, I would have to sneak into his community for a quick visit in secret. His father is a drunk who lives in the middle of nowhere in a trailer, and rents trailers to parolees. My son is a cancer survivor who is being denied medical attention and is treated like a farm hand. And no one cares...
I attempted to sue attorney Bray for betraying me, but my case was dismissed and on the way out of the courtroom, I was arrested for the alleged violations. Now Im awaiting trial on 12/5/23. My contact information is robbedbytherobe@gmail.com.
