Family court judges do not act in the child's best interests. Male entitlement guides their decisions. Family court judges knowingly endanger children. Males that request custody usually get it and nothing else matters. Family court judges are not giving custody to mothers that request it. Women and children are dying. Children are alienated from their mothers. Women grieve their loss. Mothers and children are suffering. Family court judges suffer no consequences. They will continue to harm women and children as long as they have the power to do so. Women must continue to unite and fight for a new system. Family court must end.
I went to college with the best friend of the mother in this case. As the article states, mothers are placed on supervised visitation to ensure they are completely disempowered. On 6/27/2023, my abusive ex-husband who has a history of beating and stalking myself and my five children (even chasing me into a school full of children, thereafter being found by the police waiting in the school lot with a LOADED gun) obtained a warrant by the family court to have our four younger children forcibly removed from my home and given to him. He did this by claiming I had fled with the kids and was about to flee, again. This removal traumatized my babies and they were placed in the Psych ward when they expressed they father die then be given to the man who threatened to kill them. They were then released to their abuser. In court, he admitted he fabricated the entire story, I presented the court order with him giving us permission to leave Ohio in exchange for me giving him the family home and waiving child support. Even with this, I was placed on supervised visits monitored by a court “professional” I had testified against in my role as a therapist and made to pay her $700 for two hours of supervision a month. A year later, he is now permanently the primary parent of the children and continues to abuse the boys so badly they have to be hospitalized. Even so, family court judge Melissa Zabor (Maricopa County) has ordered that no one report the abuse of these children to law enforcement or DCS, only to her. These judges want to see our children killed!

I know my ex is certainly an evil entity inhabiting this world, and walking free and clear of any accountability for all he has damaged. I guess I'm now a destroyed mom, as my daughter hasn't had anything to do with me since 2021, and now my son, 30, is following suit.
I have been separated from my daughter for 6 years. I violated a custody order to protect my child from being injured again. Her evil, dangerous, extremely abusive father has sole custody. While I have been erased from her memory. All evidence, including the fact that she was injured on his time and I wasn't even around was ignored and didn't matter. The whole system was on his side. I have never received a drop of help from any person, including the district attorney, who allowed the statute of limitations to run out on my daughter's physical abuses. I thought for sure if I didn't matter a child would. I was wrong.
