Irish Mother Jailed in England: Collusion between Countries

An Irish mother, who was arrested while on a supervised visit with her son in England two months ago, was denied bail on Monday for a second time.
A Manchester criminal court judge ordered that Nicola remain imprisoned until her trial on October 27th.
Reason given? Because Nicola might continue to speak out about her Custody Crisis case, and the judge said that would be harassment of the father. But keeping her incarcerated is really just part of the overall campaign to silence her about the injustices wrought upon her by a senior Family Court judge in Ireland and her minions.
So there are two countries and three systems colluding in this case: Irish Family Court, UK law enforcement, and UK criminal court system.
Ahhhh…such a good example of how the Crisis starts from the top. The Old Boy Network colludes across borders and systems to protect their own. The power elite conspires to silence and disempower women who have the temerity to speak out and challenge their agenda to maintain men’s power in the family after separation.
Nicola was jailed in April for supposedly violating bail conditions on the original criminal charge against her of harassment earlier this year. She had been indicted and jailed for harassing the father by—wait for it—sending her son a Valentines Day card!
This denial of bail, despite the fact Nicola is not a danger to society or a flight risk, is simply to put the screws to her—to shut her up for good.
But, fortunately, it seems to be backfiring on them. Her case is already public so it does not matter if she speaks out—everyone else is! It is getting lots of attention internationally. A petition has gone viral and a Senator is now advocating for her on the floor of the Irish Legislature.

NICOLA’S STORY
Nicola met Phil in Manchester, England. After she got pregnant, his emotional abuse and coercive control escalated.
When Harry was just three months old, she’d had enough and returned to her home in Ireland. Phil was not happy she’d left him and filed for sole custody.
Nicola was allowed to keep primary custody but ordered to bring Harry to England every two weeks to visit Phil—at her expense. The traveling and being without his mother at such a young age, not to mention having to be with an abusive man, was causing Harry serious anxiety. She put him in play therapy to ease his distress.
Nicola filed for a modification of the order, saying Harry was being harmed and that it would be better for him if Phil would come to Ireland for visits. She even offered Phil could visit with him at their home, where Harry would be more comfortable.
However, Judge Judge Sinéad Ní Chulachain denied this very reasonable motion. She obviously did not care at all about Harry’s well-being.
Judge Chulachain proceeded to follow the Custody Crisis pattern. She appointed two minions to aid and abet her in the great custody switch.
She appointed Jim Sheehan as an evaluator. He is notorious for aiding judges in switching custody from loving mothers to the father. He did a predictably swell job with Nicola, making her look bad with lots of lies, including the most pernicious: that she was alienating Harry from his father.
He gave Judge Chulachain the justification she wanted for switching custody. All the evidence that incontrovertibly proved it was in Harry’s best interest to stay living with his mother was ignored.
THE SET-UP & SWITCH
In June of 2023, Judge Chulachain ordered Harry be brought to court from school. It was a set-up.
The court-appointed Guardian ad litem for Harry, Ruth Moore O'farrell, was there to facilitate the handover to the father. Ruth had had refused to ever meet with her client to get his views on where he wanted to live and whom he wanted to visit, despite Nicola begging her to do so. This is an astonishing dereliction of duty.
Nicola was not given any warning that Harry was going to be taken from her and given to his father that day. It was a well-planned sabotage, orchestrated by an evil judge.
Little Harry was screaming, struggling to get away, crying and reaching out for his mammy while slung over the father’s shoulder like a sack and forcibly carried away from his primary bond, his home, family, friends, and everything he had known in his short six years of life—to another country.
Nicola was in shock, assuring Harry she would try to get him back.
The traumatic scenes of sheer terror, confusion, dismay and grief will be etched in my soul forever. My son, screaming and reaching out for me as his father carried him over his shoulder as he scurried over the tram lines in Smithfield, arm in arm with Ruth More - O'Ferrall [GAL] and Jim Sheehan [evaluator].
Sound familiar?
Yes, this happens all the time to loving mothers and their children. Maybe not so dramatically as this scene, but children are removed from their loving mothers against their will every day in family courts around the world.
After the abduction of Harry at the courthouse, she was not allowed to see him for six weeks. This increases the trauma, helps get the child under the father’s control and facilitates trauma bonding.
Judge Chulachain ordered supervised visits for Nicola: just 4 hours every 2 weeks in Manchester. Another loving mother placed on supervised visits to maintain the father’s power and control.
My dear son, only 6 yo and I subjected to supervised access for 4 hours on a fortnightly basis in a room with bars on the windows.
…The cries and pleadings of my poor baby when I had to leave him there every fortnight. The pain will never subside.
Nicola filed an appeal, which she lost.
So she began the #bringharryhome campaign, with a website and Facebook page exposing the Family Court injustice. She named the judge, children’s attorney, and evaluator, as well as the father.
She also began to protest, first in Ireland, then England.
FIRST ARREST
This campaigning to get Harry home most certainly pissed off all the co-conspirators in Ireland. So, another sabotage was executed with the cooperation of law enforcement and the criminal justice system in England. This is another common intimidation tactic to silence and disempower mothers: incarcerate them on a bogus criminal charge.
The first arrest occurred shortly after Nicola extended her campaign and began protesting in England, while she was there for her biweekly supervised visitation.
Finally, when Nicola decided to break her silence, and bring awareness to the injustice that has happened upon her and her innocent child, she decided she would also bring her campaign to Manchester, where Phil lives.
The police arrested her during her peaceful protest on a charge she had harassed Phil via naming him in her campaign. This sounds much like a domestic violence restraining order. It is unclear whether it was because she was naming him at that particular protest or it was because of her social media campaign. This was perfectly timed to cause her to miss her biweekly supervised visit with Harry.
Nicola was jailed but released on bail. One of the conditions was that she not contact or speak in public about Phil.
Because this initial intimidation had not kept her from completely shutting up about the injustices meted out to her in Family Court, yet another sabotage was executed.
Nicola had received a summons for her to come to court regarding a gag order Phil was requesting that would prevent her from speaking at all about the entire custody case [read: the judge too]. She posted it on social media to raise awareness about the misuse of gag orders in Family Court to silence mothers.
That must’ve really pissed them off. So…
THE RE-ARREST
On April 28th, while traveling to England for a supervised visit, Nicola was again arrested, this time in front of Harry—at the supervision center to traumatize him even more and show him who has the power (and it’s not mama). This arrest was supposedly for violating the conditions of her bail by posting the summons online.
Nicola’s father, who has been actively supporting her, was with her when she was arrested, but the police officers would not even tell him where she was being detained. This is highly unusual and further indicates this was planned and executed from the top.
Nicola’s father was also arrested on a visit to Nicola in jail. He’s been accused of being involved with the social media campaign. His health is not good.
Nicola applied for bail after being arraigned but was denied. At a pre-trial hearing this week, she again requested bail and again was denied. The reason given was that she may continue to speak out about the custody case.
Nicola is an Irish mother, locked up with criminals in a UK jail. So, a judge in Ireland got law enforcement in England to arrest a mother who is speaking out against her and a criminal court judge to keep her incarcerated. Three systems, one agenda—to silence and disempower her.
The good news is her case is going viral and legislators in Ireland are now paying attention and offering support. But it is unclear what they can do with the criminal justice system in another country.

Some advocates for Nicola are blaming parental alienation and the “in camera” rule, which makes cases confidential. They are saying both should be banned.
However, those do not address the core cause of the Custody Crisis, which is systemic male entitlement—via judges having absolute power. The fact that judges can do whatever they want, and the agenda is to keep men empowered in the family after divorce, is the problem.
That means the only thing that will stop judges from wrongly switching custody to fathers is custody cases being heard in a real court, not a family court, with a jury as fact finder, not a judge.

SHAME ON YOU JUDGE CHULACHAIN! How could you do that to a mother and an innocent little boy just so you can be in the good graces of the Old Boy Network. That is disgusting. There is a saying in America: “There is a special place in hell for women who sell out other women.”

On the last sneak visit with her boys, Legion tells Jesse that she is going to write a book so they will know the truth about how Herry took them away from her with lies to the court. Jesse tells her about a $100K movie deal Herry and his attorney had been negotiating about their case. Legion is horrified. He would have used it to make her look like a crazy, vengeful ex-wife, as he had done with the local newspaper article.
Legion muses about how Herry is doing everything in his power to destroy her, to drive her to commit suicide, because she dares stand up to him and his abuse, sex addiction, lies, and narcissism, as well as the theft and alienation of her children from her. But she is determined to outlast him and hold him accountable for the horrors he’s inflicted on the boys and her through a definitive exposé.
It’s spring '94 and Legion is busy doing all the work involved in filing her appeal of the unjust Family Court ruling, in which she again lost all custody and contact with her boys. She needs to prepare her argument at the hearing in front of three justices, but she makes time to once again travel cross-country to visit clandestinely with her boys.

The only way I was able to protect my daughter after many years of fighting and going on the run with her, was that we left the family court and went to the High Court, which agreed to take the case. This was in New Zealand after losing in the US and NZ family courts, but, sadly, this was before NZ signed The Hague, which it has now signed, and is another weapon used against Protective Mothers. There are few, if any, safe havens left for mothers and children to protect them from male and family court abuse.
