Mom Found Guilty of Kidnapping

Fled into Hiding to Escape Ex and Organized Abuse

A mother was found guilty this week of kidnapping her daughter. She had been disclosing sexual abuse by the father, with other perpetrators sometimes participating, including prominent political figures.

As usual, Family Court had covered up the abuse and given the father sole custody. The mother was left with no other option to protect her daughter: she fled into hiding. Unfortunately she did not get away for long.

Some jury members literally cried after returning a verdict of “guilty”. They obviously believed the mother was protecting her daughter from sexual abuse, so what happened?

The case made made headlines when the “abduction” occurred, and it is in the news again this week with the guilty verdict. MSM is aiding and abetting the cover up of sexual abuse by not reporting on the mitigating evidence of abuse and portraying the verdict as if was justified. It is not.

LANA’S STORY

The father’s physical abuse began early on. Her daughter would come home with bruises and Lana would take her to the doctor. Even with physical evidence of abuse, Lana was unable to protect her young children from their father.

It was when she was four-years-old that she first disclosed that her father was sexually abusing her.

Within 48 hours of reporting the abuse, her daughter was taken away and Lana was restricted to supervised visits. Mind you, there were no allegations of abuse at all against Lana, nor did she have any criminal history or substance abuse issues.

That’s a record for a mom losing custody and being reduced to supervised visits—just 2 days! Perhaps that is because it involved organized abuse and there were politician perps. The powers-that-be likely wanted to nip the the whole thing in the bud.

Her daughter disclosed the sexual abuse to a therapist at a child advocacy center. A forensic medical exam was conducted. Results were indicative of abuse.

Police, CPS, and Family Court, as usual, colluded in the cover up of the sexual abuse. They falsely accused Lana of coaching her daughter. But this is a first: they said she trained her to exhibit sexualized behaviors! As if that is even possible…

A group of friends and activists got on board to support Lana in her fight to protect her children and expose the multi-systemic cover up and enabling of the sexual abuse. She gained a ton of supporters.

LANA RUNS

Eight months later, Lana took her daughter from a supervised visit and ran. Some of her supporters were accused of helping her.

Predictably, a “manhunt” was immediately organized. Federal law enforcement joined the pursuit. A multi-agency taskforce was established to search for Lana. They put out statements to the media claiming her supporters were “despicable” and “conspiracy theorists” peddling “ideologies and false information". Lana was portrayed as terrible for having abducted her child. There was no mention of the sexual abuse.

A woman who was suspected of helping Lana was arrested in an obvious attempt to scare other supporters into coming forward with information.

A female Detective Superintendent told the media the “abduction would be detrimental to the five-year-old's mental health”. No mention of how the alleged sexual abuse would be vastly more detrimental.

What other kind of case, short of a serial murderer on the run, would get this much action so quickly? Lana was clearly not a danger to the public. It was obviously something else…

CAPTURED AND PROSECUTED

Unfortunately, Lana did not last long in hiding. The manhunt proved successful. She was indicted for abduction and has been out on bail ever since.

Lana testified at the public trial, and the evidence of sexual abuse was presented to the jury. Despite that, the jury came back with a guilty verdict. It’s curious that some of the jurors were tearful in reaching that verdict. They obviously believed Lana did the right thing by running to protect her child.

So why the guilty verdict? Perhaps the jurors were instructed to abide by the letter of the law. If Lana violated a court order in taking her daughter, that is illegal. Period. No matter the reason. Jury instructions are often used to prevent jurors from finding a mother not guilty in “abduction” cases.

That would mean the only option for the jury was “jury nullification”. Jury nullification is the jury returns a “not guilty” verdict even though they believe the defendant violated the law.

Too bad the jury did not take that option. Some of them obviously believed Lana.

ORGANIZED ABUSE

Lana’s daughter disclosed other people were involved in sexually abusing her. When multiple people are sexually abusing a child or children, it is referred to as organized abuse. If rituals are used by the perpetrators, it is called ritual abuse. Organized abuse often includes ritual abuse, a main reason being because children are less likely to be believed if they talk about the unbelievable-to-normal-people rituals.

There is a long history of the OBN [old boy network] discrediting victims of organized sexual abuse and covering it up. Ironically, they are engaged in an organized effort to discredit victims of organized abuse.

The OBN has gone to great lengths to characterize cases involving organized and ritual abuse as resulting from “mass hysteria” or “satanic panic” or “conspiracy theorists”. But the truth is, there is much credible evidence it is quite real and widespread. The “Extreme Abuse Survey Series” confirms it is not uncommon.

When organized sexual abuse, especially by prominent citizens, is reported, relevant authorities go into overdrive to cover it up. These agencies, including law enforcement, family and criminal courts, and CPS collude to squelch the evidence. Mothers and advocates who act to protect children are publicly denigrated and often threatened or imprisoned to silence them.

The old Hampstead case in the UK comes to mind. The mother, Ella, and her boyfriend were relentlessly discredited, tormented, and blamed despite a ton of evidence that her two children were being victimized by multiple perpetrators in the community. The kids described the abuse on police and home videos which went viral. They went into great detail about the abuse and even described markings on the perpetrators’ genitals. The videos were scrubbed as part of the cover up. The media aided and abetted this cover up (as usual), with all of them calling it a “hoax”.

Ella had to flee into exile to avoid prison while one of the more vocal advocates, a highly educated scientist, was imprisoned for a long time. 10 years later Ella continues to raise awareness about her case and the cover up.

The Children of the Underground series served to discredit mothers who go into hiding to protect their children from sexual abuse by fathers—and those who who help them. Faye Yeager, the leader of the underground, had been exposing the failure of family courts to protect children and supported mothers going into the underground.

Some of Faye’s cases involved ritual abuse and this series pushed the “Satanic Panic” view—that children’s reports of abuse were false, spurred on by a moral panic about ritual abuse. Faye was made to look crazy—of course.

What the film actually shows is the incredible effort and expense that Old Boys will go to in order to discredit children who report sexual abuse and their supporters. The film also serves to saturate and replace google searches about Faye Yeager and the underground with their deception—that this is all just du to moral panic, and erase Faye’s truth—that the children she helped save had really been sexually abused.

An Australian study by Michael Salter found that fathers make up a large majority of CSAM [child sexual abuse material, aka child porn] producers and distributers. So it is obviously not that uncommon for fathers to be victimizing their children.

TAKEAWAYS

Lana’s case shows clearly the incredibly organized and swift cover up that can ensue when children report sexual abuse by the father and other “respectable” men. The systems in place for covering up sexual abuse go into high gear.

Why is there such an organized effort to cover up sexual abuse by so many government agencies? After all, that seems to be counter to everything the government is supposed to stand for.

It is for the same reason mothers lose custody every day in family courts. The Old Boys have always squelched anything that interferes with men’s power over their children, including the prerogative to sexually abuse them. This extends to marginalized children. Florence Rush does a great job of exposing this coveted male “right” to sexually abuse children in her seminal: “The Best Kept Secret: Sexual Abuse of Children”.

Lana’s case is a good example of how Family Court is the most important part of the organized cover up of sexual abuse. That is where the abusive father is given legal custody and control of children and is, therefore, able to silence them, as well as continue the abuse. A large subset of Custody Crisis cases involve fathers who molest children, and some unknown subset of those cases involve organized abuse.

CHAPTER 27: The Opera: Act II IS OUT!

In this section of Chapter 27, Act II, Part 2 continues. A custody modification trial is allowed due to the flagrant lie that Legion had interfered with visitation which constitutes the required change in circumstance. The truth is she has always complied with every visit. It is obviously a set-up for the custody switch. Legion hires a new attorney, but that one turns out to be just as bad as the first. Meanwhile, Herry gets married and the new wife/stepmother gets in on the act.

The same evaluator who spun the case against Legion the first trial is re-appointed and her new report is chock full of blatant lies, including describing Legion as “angry” multiple times. The judge will not speak with the boys to get to the truth of the matter or to ask their preference, even though they are 14, 12, and 10. That would just be more compelling evidence, along with Herry’s sex addiction and child abuse, that the judge would have to disregard. Legion testifies tearfully on the stand in her defense, suspecting the judge has already made his decision…

In the last section, Legion was awarded primary custody and things seemed to be OK. But Herry got the boys for the entire 1989/90 holiday season and she has to spend it alone, her first of many. To cap off the miserable season, she is told that her job as an assistant Microbiology professor would not be renewed for the spring semester. Meanwhile, Herry’s got a replacement mother in the works.
