Seems as though the most prudent approach to these cases is when the children turn of age for them to sue as the opposition can’t deem them as being coached… this theory is then dispelled.
Coercive controllers will always find a way to exploit vulnerabilities, whether that be vulnerabilities in their targeted victims, vulnerabilities in the professionals working these cases, vulnerabilities in the judge's biases or ideologies, or gaps in the systems. This is just another exploitative "legal" strategy implemented covertly under the guise of child protection and gate kept by judicial discretion to privilege men and keep women and children "in their place." Female judges are not immune to participating, either knowingly, or inadvertently, in the trafficking of children to abusers and coercive controllers. After all, maintaining autonomy and power in a world designed for men requires women comply with the patriarchal and misogynistic assumptions that underlie the problem. Anyone profiting off the abuse of children needs to be held accountable. We need to transform family court to actually protect the vulnerable.
How was this case not limited to CA? Violation of jurisdiction. Not that it would make a difference. It was not like this in 2014 when I first got separated. It’s trump’s judges who are trafficking and molesting these children.
